Today I made some Spicy Thai Noodles. As a heads up I would stick to the 1 TBSP side instead of 2 TBSP of the red pepper flakes. Here is the recipe. If you have any questions let me know.
-2 Chicken Breasts
-1 Box of your choice of noodle (I used Spagetti)
-1-2 TBSP crushed red pepper (2 will be HOT)
-1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
-1/2 Cup Sesame Oil
-6 TBSP Honey
-6 TBSP Soy Sauce
-Salt and Pepper
-Pound out chicken and apply salt and pepper
-Cut chicken into bite size pieces
-Saute chicken in pan until golden brown
-Boil Noodles and drain
-Heat both oils and crushed red pepper over medium heat for 3-5 mins in small pan
-Strain out pepper and reserve oil
-To oil, mix in honey and soy sauce
-Toss the mixture with noodles and chicken
-Before service top with shredded carrots, cilantro, chopped peanuts & toasted sesame seeds.
